Terhathum Hydropower Company  Limited is issuing IPO in Shrawan 2078.  In first phase 4,00,000 number of shares will be opened for the locals of Terhathum. In second phase 8,00,000 shares will be offered for the general public. The acceptance letter from SEBON for the Same is attached herewith.
